THE COMMUNITY BANQUET
The weekly Community Banquet is our biggest service to the Community. It is served every
Thursday night. The meal is donated and served by surrounding area and local Churches and
Organizations. On each Thursday night from 350-400 free meals are served.
One side of the center is used as a coat give away area. Coats are donated by churches,
organizations, and individuals. They are free to any one who needs a coat.
In one of the rooms we have a give away table where any item can be donated and is
available to our banquet quests. Special needed items are shampoos and lotions. Used items
are welcome. One of the local grocery stores donates day-old bread or salads that are
available to banquet guests to take home.

| COMMUNITY FELLOWSHIP On Thursday afternoons, a Community Fellowship for adults is offered from 1:30-4:30 p.m., this is a time for visiting, games, puzzles, and cards. One afternoon a month an educational program is offered. BLOOD DONOR SITE United Blood Services uses our Community Center for their community blood donation drives. |
